Wheel Throw Camp MIDDLE SCHOOL
(only available to incoming middle school kids)
Young artists will learn the fun process of creating pottery on a spinning wheel! Students will explore shaping, centering, and molding clay into unique bowls, cups, and other fun shapes. This camp encourages creativity, patience and fine motor skills and is perfect for kids who love to work with their hands. They will learn the skill of trimming and glazing their pieces, giving each creation its own personality and style and by the end of the course, students will have their own handcrafted pieces to be proud of!
This is a one day a week class for 4 week.
MIDDLE SCHOOL AGE
Mondays - June 1, 8, 15, 22 | 2pm - 4pm | $160
Mondays - July 6, 13, 20, 27 | 11am - 1pm | $160
Pottery can be picked up a couple weeks after last class.
Students should come with clothes that can get dirty, short sleeve shirt, hair pulled back and no jewelry on their fingers or wrists.
