Hand building class - $45

Learn the art of Hand Building in our 2 hour pottery class. An instructor will help guide you to make a one of a kind pottery piece through the basics of pinch pots and coil building. 

Hand building students might build a plate, bowl, mug or vase using slabs, molds, pinching coils and extrusions. You will be able to surfaces using doilies, found objects, carving, sgraffito and stencils. You will be given guidance to develop your skills and techniques in hand building methods. 

After you hand build your piece, we will glaze and fire it. This typically  takes about 3-4 weeks. We look forward to seeing you soon! 

We will provide all tools and supply including clay

Great for date nights, families, small groups, and events to get started in ceramics. (10 max). For ages 13+ and up,  Ages 8-12 with parent supervision
